Annual Members Meeting ~ Reflections

Attendance: Joan Reid, Joann Johnson, Lise Fuller, Bev Saunders, Nancy Powhida, Fred Holman, Sandra Jabaut, Maureen Temple, Janine Thomas, Matt Kestner, Diane Swanson

What a gorgeous evening and potluck dinner at Maureen’s home with her husband Robin. 

Set in an awesome countryside landscape, we ventured to the nearby Lavenlair Farm (Lavender Farm) enjoying a stroll as the sun settled down for the night.  

A walk through the labyrinth centered our souls.  We enjoyed a harvest potluck with several tomato dishes, breads, chips, dip and Dickinson’s Delight’s pies. The gazpacho, was a real treat, thanks to Joann Johnson. We enjoyed our meal in the living room and began the meeting.

Potluck Gathering 6/6/2018

Attendance: Joan Reid, Betty Obrien, Joann Johnson, Lise Fuller, Bev Saunders, Nancy Powhida, Fred Holman, Sandra Jebaut, Maureen Temple, Ronnie Benware &  Jon Segan

What a pleasant evening and potluck dinner at Stu and Greta’s charming home. It is truly a stunning gallery of collected works and works by Stu, wall to wall of entertaining paintings and visual art. We all learned that Greta has a gallery of her own works as a graphic designer with many examples of her published posters. Along with published books ( memoirs).

We enjoyed a variety of food and visited as we ate. Then it was time for Stu’s tour leading down to his underground studio and gallery, where we found more wall to wall paintings. (Cars, Homes, Barns, Trees, Fire Hydrants, Landscapes, Trucks, Tractors....Holy COW!) It is amazing.
